3. Service Charges & Payments
- We charge only carriers (owner-operators and drivers) who work with us.
- Payments are due after the carrier has received payment for loads.
- Invoices are issued weekly or every 15 days, depending on the agreement.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card and bank transfer.
- Carriers are responsible for ensuring timely payments.
4. User Access to Website
- Visitors cannot create accounts on our website.
- The website provides informational pages and contact forms for inquiries.
- By submitting a contact form, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.

- Commitment: Carriers must respond to our communications (emails, calls, or text messages) and not ignore them.

All drivers and carriers are required to carry valid insurance.
Truckers LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, or accidents related to loads, carriers, or shipments.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Truckers LLC is not responsible for:
- Delays in payment caused by third-party processors, banks, or brokers.
- Double brokerage issues.
- Losses, delays, or damages beyond our direct control.
